Shaheen Degree College Students Shine Bright at Intercollegiate Competition hosted by Guru Nanak First Grade College, Bidar.
Competitions are not just about winning prizes, they are about testing one’s abilities, building confidence, and creating memories that stay forever. This was beautifully experienced when our students took part in the Intercollegiate Competition hosted by Guru Nanak First Grade College, Bidar.
The atmosphere at the venue was vibrant, with more than 200 participants from different colleges gathering under one roof. Each student came prepared to showcase their talent, making the competition both challenging and inspiring.
From our college, 25 enthusiastic students participated across a wide range of events such as Quiz, PowerPoint Presentation on Artificial Intelligence, Waste Management, Cricket, and Recitation of Holy Books.
For many of our students, it was not just about representing the college but also about testing themselves in front of new audiences. The preparation for these events had already begun weeks earlier, with students spending long hours practising, discussing, and refining their work.
When the competitions began, our students gave their very best.
• The quiz team of Sufiya and Sumaiya (B.Sc VI Sem) impressed the judges with their quick thinking and secured the second prize.
• In the PPT on Artificial Intelligence, Tehminah (B.Sc IV Sem) showcased her knowledge and presentation skills, earning a second prize as well.
• The Waste Management competition witnessed innovative ideas, Humera Anjum (B.Sc IV Sem) took the first prize with her creative approach.
• One of the most heartwarming victories came in the Recitation of Verses from Holy Books, where Aquilur Rahman (B.Sc II Sem) recited and won the first prize.
Each of these wins not only brought pride to our college but also served as an inspiration to others.
The award ceremony was a moment of joy and celebration. Winners were honoured by Prof. Dr. Parmeshwara Naik T., Registrar (Evaluation) of Bidar University. As they walked up to the stage to receive their prizes and applause filled the hall. These achievements remind us that success is a blend of preparation, hard work, and courage. While the trophies and certificates are tokens of recognition, the real victory lies in the confidence our students gained.
We wholeheartedly congratulate all our participants and winners for their remarkable performance. Their determination and dedication prove that our college is not just a place for academics, but also a platform where students can explore their talents and shine in different fields.
